Solicitor / Legal Executive (Community Care / Court of Protection, Bristol)
We currently have a vacancy for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with from NQ to 2 years PQE within our Public Law Department in our Bristol office. The post holder will specialise and primarily work as part of a team on Community Care and Court of Protection (Health and Welfare) cases. Applications from solicitors over 2 years PQE and / or those specialisms in other areas of Public Law such as healthcare and education will also be considered.

The Attributes we are looking for

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive who has genuine experience in Community Care and / or Court of Protection (health and welfare) work .
It is essential that you possess excellent client service skills and you must be able to empathise with a wide range of clients. Of particular importance will be organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be committed to team work, and crucially have a proven track record in business development and networking to help in developing and building a successful Public Law Team at the top of the market.
