The duties will include but are not limited to:

• Attending clients at hospitals to take initial instructions;
• Attending clients where appropriate to do so of relevant matters under supervision, including taking instructions on reports prepared for hearings;
• Attending tribunals, hospital manager hearings, care programme approach meetings with solicitors;
• Preparation of skeleton arguments for hearings;

This role requires someone who is able to engage with a wide range of people and be sensitive to the challenging nature of the problems our clients face.

Excellent career progression opportunities for those who have completed their LPC with an option to apply for training contract after a qualifying period. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, 24 days a year annual leave with a salary of £19,890.
