Solicitors (x 2) Civil Liberties & Human Rights Teams

Salary: From £40,493 per annum (depending on PQE)

The Civil Liberties Team is looking to recruit two dynamic, innovative and exceptional solicitors – 3+ years PQE.

Court of Protection & Mental Capacity
A solicitor to undertake Mental Capacity and Court of Protection work, mental health work and Judicial Review claims on behalf of disabled and incapacitated clients including those detained in prison, mental health or immigration detention.

Civil Liberties & Public Law
A solicitor with experience of representing vulnerable clients, who will undertake a variety of work including representing bereaved families at inquests, civil claims against state agencies, judicial reviews arising out of inquests and the criminal justice system and mental health/mental capacity cases, as well as other public law challenges.

The posts provide an exciting opportunity to develop an interesting and varied practice.
