Court of Protection Solicitor
We are looking for a solicitor to join our Court of Protection team.
We primarily represent P in welfare cases, most frequently instructed on P’s behalf by the Official Solicitor, and we also represent family members.
We are looking for someone who is conscientious, driven, organised, and works well in a team. Experience of mental capacity matters, best interests and welfare issues in the Court of Protection is essential.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and dedicated to working within this field of work. We are looking for someone with the potential to progress within the firm.
Salary
£35,000-£45,000 depending on experience.
