The Civil Liberties Team is looking to recruit a dynamic, innovative and exceptional solicitor who is 2+ years PQE.
The post holder will predominantly undertake Court of Protection work, but with an opportunity to additionally manage a complementary caseload, including:
– community care,
– mental health,
– representing bereaved families at inquests, and
– civil claims and judicial reviews.
The post provides an exciting opportunity to develop an interesting and varied practice.
