We are offering some excellent opportunities to join our highly regarded well established niche firm based in Hoylake in our expanding Mental Health Tribunal and Court of Protection departments.  We are based at Hoylake on the Wirral but represent clients in several areas including North and mid Wales.

PARALEGAL or SOLICITOR – TRIBUNAL DEPARTMENT

Recruiting for an experienced fee earner with good technical knowledge and have an eye for detail.  This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.  The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience in Tribunal advocacy
  • Accredited Law Society MH Tribunal Panel membership
  • Knowledge of LAA contracts
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience of MCA, COP and Community Care desirable but not essential

PARALEGAL – TRIBUNAL DEPARTMENT

We are seeking a determined Paralegal to join an already established team to assist in the preparation of tribunals.  For those aiming at qualification, you will ideally have completed your LPC and will be looking for progression.  This role has the potential of a future training contract.

  • Some knowledge of MHA would be desirable but not essential
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

PARALEGAL or SOLICITOR – COURT OF PROTECTION (HEALTH AND WELFARE AND DOLS) DEPARTMENT

Recruiting for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or Paralegal to join a busy and expanding team.  There could be room to develop Private Client work in Wills and Probate.  It would therefore be beneficial if the candidate had experience covering Court of Protection matters and some general Private Client work.

  • Experience of working within MCA/COP
  • Knowledge of LAA contract would be preferable
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience of MHA and Community Care work preferable

PARALEGAL – COURT OF PROTECTION (HEALTH AND WELFARE AND DOLS) DEPARTMENT

We are also recruiting for a dynamic Paralegal to join our COP department.  For those aiming at qualification, you will ideally have completed your LPC and will be looking for progression. This role has the potential of a future training contract.

  • Some knowledge of MHA and Community Care would be useful but not essential
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

All of the above positions are permanent and full-time.  Salaries will be based on experience.
