This is a great opportunity for a 3 years+ PQE Solicitor specialising in Court of Protection Health and Welfare looking for to further their career. Matters will include s.21A challenges and s.16 matters. ALR status would be advantageous but this could be funded for the right candidate.
The role would be based in our busy and expanding Health and Welfare department, and would suit someone wanting to step up into a managerial role. You will be a team player with a flexible attitude and due to nature of the work we will be looking for excellent interpersonal and client care skills. The successful candidate must demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude, together with a desire to learn and get the job done.
You must have your own car as frequent travel is required within the role. You will be dealing with vulnerable individuals and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Initial training will be in Halifax with the main team but with a view to being based in the centre of Leeds.
