Accredited mental health representative
Yorkshire-based, Lexcel-accredited, Switalskis Solicitors LTD has a vacancy for an accredited mental health representative to join our highly regarded well established Mental Health team based at our Head office in Wakefield City Centre.

The successful candidate must have experience in Tribunal advocacy and be an accredited Law Society MH Tribunal Panel member with a good grasp of the LAA mental health contract.

As the role will cover a wide area, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

We do not wish to enter into consultancy arrangements.

Mental health law and community care law paralegal
We are also looking for a paralegal to join the team (based in York), in order to assist Michael Kennedy (head of our Mental Health and Court of Protection departments) with a range of cases involving: mental health law; capacity law; community care law and public law.
