
We have some exciting opportunities to join our highly regarded well established niche firm based in Hoylake.
We are expanding our team and are looking for a full-time Mental Health Accredited Panel Member, and a paralegal to work within our Mental Health Tribunal Team.
Mental Health Accredited Panel Member
The role is to work as a part of the team covering a large area of the North West/North Wales.
The successful candidate will be experienced in managing their own caseload representing clients detained under the MHA.
Mental Health supervisor status would be advantageous.
Paralegal
We are looking for a full-time paralegal to support our head of department, who will be working towards MH Panel Accreditation. We are happy to accept applications from graduates who have completed LPC/SQE and wish to work towards a training contract.
The right candidates will be able to work well as part of a team, have good communication and good organisational skills. They must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Salaries will be dependant on experience together with an attractive package of:
