Job: Solicitor (fully remote and a hybrid position available)
Salary: up to £50,000.
The remuneration package includes the company bonus scheme, company pension scheme and 25 days annual leave.
This is a full-time role for a Mental Health and Court of Protection Solicitor. Excellent career progression. Hybrid working.

Requirements
- A qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer holding a clean practising certificate
- Holds the Law Society mental health accreditation or Mental Capacity accreditation or has substantial experience in Court of Protection (welfare) s21A cases
