Court of Protection Solicitors
We are seeking 3 experienced Court of Protection Solicitors for our offices in Surrey, Bristol and Manchester. We will also consider long term remote working arrangement. These positions are on a full-time employment basis. Unfortunately, we are not considering consultancy arrangement.
As a firm, we have a strong focus of mental health law and contentious court of protection work.
You will be working under the supervision of senior solicitors, and your workload will consist of (but will not be limited to) providing advice concerning the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards framework and applications for Deputyship and Lasting Power of Attorney.
You will be required to show that you hold the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a wide range of people and possess a compassionate approach to acting in the best interests of vulnerable clients. You will also be required to demonstrate that you have a genuine passion for this area of law and a desire to progress within the firm.
