Court of Protection Solicitor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Solicitor (2+ years exp) to join our Court of Protection and Human Rights Department based in Aldershot.
The successful candidate will focus on the firm’s busy Court of Protection caseload and will be able to take on existing Court of Protection matters, including proceedings under s.16 and s.21A MCA 2005, deputyship work, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and DoLS. The successful candidate will also be expected to regularly work with the Official Solicitor and help build up and develop the support team.

Particularly, solicitors with experience in Child Proceedings are encouraged and strong Private Client solicitors who have handled Court of Protection files as part of a broader case-load will also be considered. You will have the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent client servicing and business development skills.
Solicitor with relevant qualifications and permission to practice in England and Wales, and previous experience of working in a Court of Protection role.
