Hogans Solicitors are currently recruiting for an experienced mental health tribunal advocate.
The successful candidate should be an existing member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and have at least 12 months experience of running their own caseload and carrying out their own advocacy.
He/she must have a full, clean driving licence and own transport. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must and the successful candidate will be self-motivated with an ability to work alone and also as part of a team. He/she must be able to adapt to different ways of working and be flexible in their approach. Good IT skills will also be required.
The role will involve all aspects of mental health tribunals, hospital managers hearings and CPA meetings and ensuring that files are run in accordance with the LAA requirements.
The successful candidate will be based out of our offices in Rainhill, Merseyside and the package will be competitive depending on experience and qualifications.
