We are currently looking for dynamic, committed and highly driven Mental Health Solicitor, who has expertise in Mental Health Law to provide specialist advice, assistance and representation in relation to all aspects of Mental Health Law, including assisting clients in disputed cases arising in the Court of Protection.
Key Skills Required
The successful Mental Health Solicitor must demonstrate passion and experience in a broad range of public funded Mental Health Law. You will be a professional with a pro-active approach, have excellent client care skills and the ability to successfully market the Firm and generate new business.
Registration with the Law Society as a Mental Health Panel member is essential. It is a requirement that candidates must have a clean, valid Practising Certificate at the time of applying.
