If venue capacity decreases due to government restrictions (e.g. social distancing becomes mandatory), those who booked and paid first will be prioritised. Everyone else will either be refunded or transferred to an alternative course of their choice, plus or minus any difference in the fee.
Dependent on government advice and best practice at the time of the course, delegates may be asked to provide evidence of a negative LFT to ensure the safety of all attendees.

Overview:
This highly acclaimed course takes delegates through the Legal Aid Agency supervisor standards and procedures. Our expert trainers will provide guidance and advice on how to supervise effectively and in line with your contractual obligations. Whether you are an experienced supervisor looking to refresh and enhance your skills to inform effective supervision, or thinking about applying for supervisor status, this course will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and technique.
In addition to the procedural requirements and top tips from the facilitators, there is a major focus on interactive role-play and case examples where the course facilitators will guide you through ‘real life’ scenarios arising in supervision of fee earners and in file reviews/audits, with the opportunity to discuss your experiences with fellow practitioners.
Early booking and prompt payment is strongly recommended to secure your attendance on this course, as places are limited.
Feedback from previous delegates:
“Thank you for making the course informative and interesting, if not a bit daunting! Lots of food for thought.”
“Highly recommend this course. Really informative and thorough, interactive, really great.”
“I have gained a lot about thinking how I can improve my supervision and not just thinking about it in terms of ‘compliance’ but more about helping those around me to flourish.”
