This course will take place via Zoom from 2pm-5pm. Course materials will be emailed to delegates in advance. Registration will close at noon on the day prior to the course to allow delegates time to study the materials.

This course will be suitable for those seeking re-accreditation, by:
– reviewing the legal and procedural developments of the last three years;
– providing a forum for discussing these along with the re-accreditation process;
– attracting three of the six mental health CPD points required for re-accreditation.
It will also be of interest to anyone wishing to further their knowledge of mental health law and practice. There will be a significant case study element to highlight areas of law and practice relevant to tribunal representation, including professional ethics, pre-hearing matters and tribunal procedure.
This training session will be facilitated by panel members of over 10 years’ standing and panel assessors.
