Expired Case Law update, Care Act & Code of Practice for tribunal preparation – Manchester, 1 Apr 2015

The morning session will cover the essential case law required for case preparation, with the focus on recent updates. This will be followed by consideration of the Care Act, incorporating practical examples of applicability.

The afternoon session looks at the Code of Practice – what’s new and what’s improved? – and will provide practical guidance on effective advocacy skills and application of case law through a review of case studies.

This is an interactive course, suitable for new and experienced representatives.
