Expired Court of Protection Members Meeting: Online, 7 June 2022

Members who practice in the Court of Protection are invited to join a Members Meeting, from 4pm to 5:30pm on 7 June 2022. The meeting will take place via Zoom and will be facilitated by the MHLA Court of Protection sub-committee.

The meeting aims to provide an opportunity for practitioners to meet, network, discuss working practice; and will include discussing members views on new MCA code consultation, including the LPS provisions.

Places will be limited in order to enable group discussion and interaction.

Attendance is free for MHLA Members (if you’re unsure of your membership status, please email our administrators at: admin@mhla.co.uk). Booking closes at 5pm on Friday 3 June 2022, or earlier if all places are taken. The Zoom link will be sent on Monday 6 June 2022. The meeting will not be recorded.
