The Mental Health team at Otten Penna is highly respected for its quality representation in the North West.
We are actively seeking to recruit a Mental Health Fee Earner either Accredited already or working towards Accreditation.
Candidates need to be forward thinking individuals who wish to develop their experience in this area of law to provide specialist advice, assistance and representation in relation to all aspects of Mental Health Law

Mental Health Case Worker – Full time
- To represent clients detained in hospital and in the community.
- The role will involve all aspects of mental health tribunals, hospital manager’s hearings and CPA meetings, ensuring that files are run in accordance with the LAA requirements
- Membership of the Mental Health panel/ working towards accreditation.
- Possess a full driving licence
Salary negotiable depending on experience
