The MHLA is pleased to present this course which will be delivered in 2 parts; basic case law for Part II work and case law pertinent to everyday Part III work. The aim of this course is to provide a sound foundation in essential case law that is relevant and pertinent for tribunal work for both restricted and non-restricted patients.

CPD: 3 SRA-accredited hours
