Paralegal / Legal Executive – Mental Health Law
Oti & Lion Solicitors is a specialist mental health law firm in Leicester, and we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Paralegal or Legal Executive.
In this role, you will provide high-quality assistance with mental health cases. You will support our solicitors with client care, legal drafting, and case preparation, as well as attend hearings and client meetings where needed.
An interest in mental health and supporting vulnerable individuals is important.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Approachable and empathetic, because often this area of work can be distressing for family members of the client.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work with tight deadlines when necessary.
- A personable, calm, and caring nature with excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
- A driving licence and access to a car.
