Position 1: Head of Department – Court of Protection & Mental Health
Requirements:
- Mental Health and/or ALR accreditation.
- Substantial experience supervising Mental Health and Court of Protection (welfare) workload and ability to manage cases independently.
Salary: up to £70,000 inc bonus, dependent on PQE, experience and accreditations held. ALR accredited professionals will have an advantage. Full-time position.
Position 2: Associate Solicitor
Requirements:
- Mental Health or ALR accreditation.
- Ability to work independently on Court of Protection welfare cases
Salary: dependent on PQE, experience and accreditations held. Full-time position.
Position 3: Consultant Solicitor in Court of Protection / Mental Health
For those who prefer flexible, self-employed work, we offer:
