- Mental Health / Court of Protection Solicitor – Associate (REMOTE)
- Mental Health / Court of Protection Solicitor – Supervisor (REMOTE)
- Mental Health & Court of Protection Paralegal – Hybrid
Requirements:
- Experience running your own caseload in Court of Protection s21A MCA 2005 cases
- Solid experience supervising and training staff for a Supervisor position
- Mental Health and/or ALR Accreditation desirable
Remuneration: Above market rate. Salary negotiable and dependent on PQE, experience and accreditations held. Company bonus scheme, pension scheme and 25 days annual leave. Remote.
