The National Mental Health and Escape Case team has now extended the ‘Reject Fix’ facility to include Escape Cases. This facility is a method by which you can contact the Legal Aid Agency to submit details of claims you consider have been rejected incorrectly. The facility for Escape cases will open from Tuesday 28th August 2013 and you are requested that as much information be included in your submission in order that we can investigate the circumstances thoroughly.
