Topic: Legal Aid Agency contract for Mental Health
This meeting provides an opportunity for practitioners to feed-back their views on the first ‘year’ of operation of the LAA MH contract. We will identify any issues and concerns with LAA. Also, any examples of operational difficulties with HMCTS would be welcomed and members’ concerns raised by the MHLA with HMCTS at a forthcoming meeting.
