In this role, you’d be heading up a small but brilliant team of lawyers who aim to improve the legal landscape for those of us with mental health problems, with a particular focus on Mind’s work on poverty, young people and racial injustice. The team’s work includes providing advice on law and policy reform, undertaking strategic litigation and statutory inquiry work, drafting legal rights guides and providing training and monitoring for Mind’s legal line. Mind’s legal team is pretty unique and this is an amazing role with a real variety of work. An up-to-date working knowledge of mental health law is essential.
