
Mental Health Accredited Panel Member
WMB Law is a highly experienced and approachable team of Solicitors seeking to recruit a Paralegal/Solicitor for our growing Mental Health Department. The candidate would need to have experience as a Paralegal and be Mental Health Panel Accredited.
We wish to recruit a candidate that is passionate about helping people and committed to advocating for the rights and wellbeing of individuals. They will be professional in knowledge and understanding of the Mental Health capacity act. Experience in representing clients under various sections before Tribunals and hospital managers hearings. The candidate will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills, a solid understanding of the Legal Aid contract requirements. A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential.
- We are located in Telford, Shropshire, West Midlands.

- Working Hours: 8.45-5.00pm – Monday – Friday
- 24 days annual leave.
- Free car parking
- Salary competitive and depending on experience.
This is a full-time position, but we would consider part time working depending on the candidate. We offer training and support and have a friendly and relaxed team of staff and welcome any enquires.
Additional Information:
- The nature of this role consists of actively going out to visit clients/attending hearings and meetings as well as office-based working
- Will consider newly accredited and newly qualified candidates with relevant Mental Health and Mental Capacity experience
