Consultant Mental Health Panel Members
We offer a competitive fee-share split allowing you to have complete control over your schedule and work hours. Remote / hybrid working is available.
The right candidate will:
• Have a minimum of 3 years PQE or equivalent experience
• Law Society Mental Health Accreditation Panel membership
• Strong advocacy skills and a commitment to client care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Have good attention to detail
• Have excellent organisational skills
• A proactive and compassionate approach to legal practice
• Be IT literate
• Have a full UK driving licence
Paralegals
We are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to assist Consultant Solicitors and Legal Executives in preparing cases for Mental Health Tribunal Hearings.
The right candidate will:
- Have a legal qualification, such as LPC, ILEX or qualifying via SQE
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be IT literate
- Have good attention to detail
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Be proactive in seeking to assist other members of the team
- Must have a full UK driving licence
Working hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch.
Salary: £23,850
